Class policy

Using your classes

Please enjoy your classes within 60 days, including those purchased through Groupon. Unused credits expire after this period.

If a medical issue or special circumstance affects your ability to attend, please contact us to discuss an exception.

Cancelling a class

Plans change. Please cancel at least 12 hours before class to keep your credit. Twenty-four hours’ notice is always appreciated.

If you need to cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice, please call the studio so we can discuss your situation. Without an approved exception, late cancellations and missed classes use one class credit.

Groupon holders

Please bring your Groupon voucher on your phone or printed on paper. We’ll redeem it when you arrive.

Refunds

Class purchases are non-refundable, but eligible unused credits may be applied to another class within the 60-day period.
